JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Reddit Community Posting Specialists to help grow the reach of our news content across Reddit. You will be responsible for identifying relevant subreddits, posting approved content, and helping drive organic traffic while following Reddit's community guidelines.

This role is ideal for someone who understands Reddit culture, follows subreddit rules, and knows how to share content naturally without appearing promotional.

Responsibilities:

> Publish approved articles across relevant Reddit communities.
> Use the list of approved domains provided by the company when creating posts.
> Research and identify the most appropriate subreddits for each article.
> Follow each subreddit's posting rules and guidelines.
> Write engaging, natural post titles when appropriate.
> Track every Reddit post in the company-provided spreadsheet, including the subreddit, URL, date, and other required information.
> Monitor post performance and community engagement when requested.
> Meet daily and weekly posting targets while maintaining quality and compliance.
> Coordinate with the Audience Development team and report completed work.

Requirements:

> Strong understanding of Reddit and how different communities operate.
> Active Reddit user or previous Reddit posting experience is preferred.
> Excellent written English.
> Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
> Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
> Comfortable using Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools.
> Reliable internet connection and personal computer.
> Available to work during the London night shift and on weekends.

Compensation:

USD $100 for every 200 successfully completed Reddit posts.

All completed posts must be accurately tracked in the company-provided spreadsheet to qualify for payment.
Posts must comply with Reddit and subreddit guidelines. Low-quality, duplicate, removed, or rule-violating posts may not be counted toward the total.

Working Hours:

> Remote work from the Philippines.
> Primarily covers the London night shift.
> Weekend availability is required.
> Exact schedule will be discussed during the interview.
