JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
We're looking to build an engaged Reddit community from scratch in the health and wellness space. We need someone who knows Reddit inside and out and can grow a community the right way.

What You'll Do:
- Build and grow a Reddit community from zero
- Develop a posting and engagement strategy
- Create content that fits Reddit culture (no corporate or salesy posts)
- Engage with members, moderate discussions, and keep the community active
- Identify and participate in relevant existing subreddits to grow awareness
- Track growth, engagement, and what's working

Must Have:
- Proven Reddit experience (please share examples of subreddits you've built or grown)
- Strong understanding of Reddit culture, etiquette, and what gets posts removed
- Experience growing a community from the ground up, not just posting
- Good written English
- Reliable internet and ability to work consistently

Nice to Have:
- Experience in the health, wellness, fitness, or weight loss space
- Content creation skills (writing, basic graphics)
