JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Reddit Advertiser to launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for one account with an initial monthly ad spend of approximately $1,000. We are a high ticket red light therapy company, ----------

***Applicants who only have experience with Facebook or Google Ads but have never personally launched Reddit campaigns should not apply.***

Your main focus will be launching campaigns, monitoring performance, audience research, creative testing, conversion tracking, and ongoing optimization.

???? Key Responsibilities
Set up and launch campaigns through Reddit Ads Manager
Research relevant subreddits, interests, and audience segments
Create Reddit-native headlines, copy, and campaign concepts
Manage approximately $1,000 in monthly advertising spend
Build prospecting, retargeting, and creative-testing campaigns
Monitor and optimize CPC, CTR, CPA, conversions, and ROAS
Install, verify, and troubleshoot the Reddit Pixel and conversion events
Test different audiences, headlines, offers, landing pages, and creative formats
Recommend creative concepts for our editors and graphic designers
Monitor comments and audience feedback on promoted posts
Ensure campaigns comply with Reddit’s advertising policies
Provide a clear weekly report with results, insights, and next steps
Identify winning campaigns and recommend when budgets should be increased\

Proven experience launching and managing Reddit advertising campaigns
Strong understanding of Reddit culture, communities, and user behavior
Experience managing campaigns for e-commerce or direct-response brands
Knowledge of subreddit, interest, keyword, and retargeting options
Experience with Reddit Pixel setup and conversion tracking
Ability to write advertisements that feel authentic to Reddit
Strong understanding of creative testing and campaign optimization
Comfortable working with a smaller budget and making data-driven decisions
Clear written English and strong communication skills
Organized, reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
