JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a Reddit Account manager. We need someone who already knows how to grow accounts the right way without getting them banned.

What you'll do

Manage and grow 40+ Reddit accounts, each a distinct persona with its own interests and voice
Warm up new accounts with genuine, varied activity before using them for anything brand-relevant
Grow karma organically.
Follow each subreddit's specific rules (self-promo limits, 10% rule, flair, etc.)
Track each account's niche, karma, and activity in a simple sheet
Write natural, well-crafted comments that don't read like marketing


- What we need

Real experience managing multiple Reddit accounts long-term
Deep, genuine familiarity with Reddit culture
Excellent written English and strong copywriting instincts
Zero automation
Comfortable using antidetect browser tools like Multilogin (one profile per account)

Nice to have: community management or content moderation background, your own history of building an account to 1,000+ genuine karma.
