About Us:
We are a digital marketing & ecommerce agency scaling quickly and hiring top talent from around the world. We are looking for a Recruitment VA to help us manage our hiring pipeline, source qualified candidates, and ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Responsibilities:
Post job listings on OnlineJobs.ph and other platforms.
Screen applicants based on job post criteria.
Manage and update candidate spreadsheets (tracking applications, interview stages, notes).
Schedule interviews and coordinate.
Conduct initial applicant communication (e.g., sending screening questions, test tasks).
Provide weekly recruitment updates and reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a VA, HR assistant, or recruiter (portfolio or references preferred).
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Organized and detail-oriented; strong Google Sheets/Excel skills.
Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace and Slack
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
Experience hiring for digital marketing/ecommerce roles.
Familiarity with OnlineJobs.ph recruitment.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices (screening tasks, candidate scoring, interview coordination).
