JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I'm Rico. I run Rico Automations — we build AI systems and help US businesses grow. Part of that is staffing their sales teams.

I have three client companies that each need one salesperson, and I need someone to run the hiring for all three. Same role three times: a hybrid setter-closer who prospects, books their own calls, runs the call, and closes. Each hire is placed with one client company and owns that pipeline start to finish.

To be clear about the role you're applying for: you are the recruiter, not the salesperson. You find and screen the 3 salespeople. I don't have time to do the sourcing and screening myself, so I'm hiring one person to run that whole process and hand me a shortlist of people who are actually worth interviewing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Write and post job ads on OnlineJobs.ph, Facebook groups, LinkedIn, and Indeed
- Source candidates proactively — search, message, and follow up (not just wait for applicants)
- Screen every applicant against a scorecard I'll give you (English fluency, sales experience, tone on a call, reliability)
- Run a short 10-minute first-round video screen and take notes
- Keep a clean tracking sheet: candidate, source, stage, notes, next step
- Send me a weekly summary: how many sourced, screened, and who's worth my time
- Book the finalists into my calendar

TARGET: 3 placed salespeople within 45 days — one per client company. 15–20 screened candidates per week.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR
- Experience recruiting, sourcing, or hiring (agency, BPO, or VA recruitment all count). Staffing or agency-side experience is a real plus, since you're placing people with client companies, not hiring into one team.
- Excellent written and spoken English — you'll be talking to candidates on camera
- Comfortable with cold outreach and following up 3–4 times without being annoying
- Organized. If it's not in the tracker, it didn't happen.
- Google Sheets, Gmail, Zoom/Loom. Bonus if you've used an ATS or Airtable.
- Reliable internet and a working headset/webcam

DETAILS
- This is a recruiting role working directly with me, not a sales role
- Full-time, 40 hrs/week, with at least 4 hours overlapping 9am–5pm US Central
- $500–$800/month depending on experience, paid twice a month via Wise
- Paid test task before hiring (about 1 hour, and yes, I pay for it)
- Long-term: if this goes well, I'll keep you on for all our future hiring
