JOB OVERVIEW

ZenduIT and GoFleet are a Toronto-based fleet management and telematics company — GPS tracking, AI dashcams, and field-operations software for mid-market and enterprise fleets across North America (waste, transit/bus, airports, construction, field service). We're a small team that runs on Claude for almost everything, and we hire people who already think that way.

We hire across four continents and a dozen functions with a demanding multi-stage process — work-sample submission, scored review, live assessment, case stage. It works, and it currently runs on the CEO's calendar. Your job is to take it off there without diluting it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Source actively rather than waiting on inbound
- Run first-pass screening against a written rubric and produce a ranked shortlist with reasons
- Own scheduling across Philippine, Gulf, Indian and Eastern time — confirmations, reminders, zero missed sessions
- Keep candidates warm and informed
- Maintain the pipeline record so we can see conversion by stage and source

SKILLS YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PROVE
- How you'd take 200 applications down to 10 worth a conversation — the actual mechanics
- A scheduling system you run that doesn't drop people across time zones
- A candidate you championed whom others would have screened out, and how it turned out
