We are expanding and looking for a highly organized, proactive Recruitment VA to help us consistently attract and hire top-tier healthcare professionals and clinic staff.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, organizing, and coordinating candidates for our clinics. Your job is to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

This is not just posting jobs — this is strategic recruiting.

Responsibilities

Job Posting & Sourcing
• Create and post job ads
• Source candidates directly on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Track applicant volume and performance of job ads
Reporting
• Weekly report including:
• # of applicants
• screened
• shortlisted
• interviews booked
• Hiring status

Ideal Candidate

Experience recruiting for healthcare or skilled professionals
Excellent written English
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proactive and independent

Bonus if you:
• Have recruited for Canadian or US businesses
• Understand healthcare roles (RMT, Physio, Chiro, etc.)
