JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a Recruitment Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and qualify talent for our fast-growing insurance district in Denver, CO.

This is a full-time, long-term remote role focused on building candidate pipelines and supporting the interview process.

• Pay: $1000/month
• Schedule: Full-time (fixed Mountain Time hours — U.S. work hours)
• Commitment: No other simultaneous jobs or contracts

What You’ll Do
• Source candidates across platforms to build a robust talent pipeline
• Review and screen resumes for fit and quality
• Maintain candidate data and track progress through the funnel
• Coordinate and prepare candidates for the next hiring step

Preferred Skills
• Experience in talent sourcing or recruitment support
• Strong written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and organization
• Works well independently and meets goals
