Recruitment Specialist (Philippines-Based | Full-Time | Remote)

Hours: Full-Time
Time Zone: U.S. Central Time (CST)
Terms: Independent Contractor

About the Role
We’re a U.S.-based startup hiring a Recruitment Specialist in the Philippines to help us source, assess, and engage top talent across the region, with a strong focus on South America and Latin America talent pools. You’ll identify exceptional candidates, manage the hiring process, and work closely with leadership to meet recruitment goals.

If you’re proactive, organized, and have strong sourcing instincts, this role offers the chance to make a real impact in connecting great people with meaningful remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen qualified candidates through LinkedIn, OnlineJobs.ph, and other sourcing channels
- Actively recruit talent across South America and Latin America markets (Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Peru, and similar regions)
- Manage job postings and candidate pipelines using Workable, Slack, and ----------
- Conduct initial interviews and background checks
- Maintain clear communication and accurate recruitment reports
- Contribute ideas to strengthen our overall hiring strategy

What You Bring:
- 3+ years of recruitment or sourcing experience (preferably for U.S./international clients)
- Proven experience hiring or sourcing talent from South America/Latin America talent pools
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong familiarity with ATS and remote collaboration tools
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset
