JOB OVERVIEW

Recruitment & Operations Coordinator

As the Recruitment & Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for completing the company's recruitment, onboarding, and daily operational processes in accordance with established company policies, procedures, and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate incoming applications.

• Contact qualified applicants regarding employment opportunities.

• Schedule and conduct virtual interviews and information sessions.

• Evaluate applicants using company-established hiring criteria and provide hiring recommendations to management.

• Document interview outcomes and maintain accurate applicant records.

• Follow up with applicants throughout the recruitment process.

• Respond to applicant inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

• Guide accepted contractors through the onboarding process.

• Send offer letters, agreements, and onboarding documentation.

• Verify required documents and maintain onboarding records.

• Monitor certification enrollment and onboarding deadlines.

• Ensure applicants complete all onboarding requirements according to company policy.

• Maintain applicant trackers, databases, and internal records.

• Organize company files and documentation.

• Prepare reports and update spreadsheets.

• Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Assist with updating company procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Complete additional administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.

Communication

• Communicate professionally with applicants, contractors, and tea ---------- mbers.

• Respond to emails and messages promptly.

• Escalate concerns or unusual situations to management when appropriate.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of company and applicant information.
