Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead and optimize our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, a passion for building high-performing teams, and crucially, either robust experience with Zoho Recruit or a proven track record of managing recruitment processes within a fast-paced staffing agency environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent to meet our organizational or client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Utilize and optimize Zoho Recruit for candidate management, tracking, and reporting OR leverage extensive experience in managing recruitment operations within a staffing agency setting to streamline processes.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers (and/or clients in a staffing context) to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters (if applicable, otherwise remove or adjust).
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure KPIs are met.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, universities, and professional organizations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, Senior Recruiter, or similar role.
EITHER:
Demonstrable proficiency and hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit (or similar comprehensive Applicant Tracking Systems, with a strong preference for Zoho Recruit).
OR: Significant experience managing recruitment processes and teams within a staffing agency environment.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and various sourcing techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in [Information Technology is a PLUS
Both Zoho Recruit experience AND staffing agency recruitment management experience.
Certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., CIR, PRC, SHRM-CP).
Experience managing and mentoring a recruitment team.
