US-based direct-hire staffing firm (healthcare/allied-health core, expanding into new verticals) is hiring a Recruitment Delivery Manager — a player-coach who owns our open-job board end-to-end and is accountable for filling it. Fully remote, Philippines-based, reporting directly to the founder.
This is not a sourcing-team or coordinator seat. You take the list of open US jobs, build the fill strategy for each one (sourcing channels, candidate pool, pay-band reality, timeline), personally recruit on the priority searches — sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates yourself — and build and coach a small delivery team as volume grows. You own the number: qualified submittals per week and jobs filled.
Responsibilities
- Own the open-req board: triage every US job, build a written per-req fill strategy, and keep every req moving or call it honestly.
- Personally work the priority desks full-cycle: source, screen (live phone/video), prep, and submit qualified candidates to US clients.
- Drive the delivery standard — quality-gated submittals per recruiter per week — with every candidate recruiter-screened before submission, no resume-blasting.
- Recruit, onboard, and coach delivery recruiters as the board requires; run the daily delivery cadence and report fill metrics weekly to the founder.
- Tell the truth with numbers: pipeline, submittals, interviews, offers, fills — measured, never estimated.
Required
- 4+ years US staffing/recruiting delivery experience, including 2+ years leading a delivery team that was measured on submittals and placements (not a sourcing-only or admin team). US healthcare staffing strongly preferred; allied health/imaging a major plus.
- Placements you personally closed — you can name specific placements you made (role, US state, salary) and walk through how you filled them. There WILL be a detailed walkthrough on the interview.
- Tenure that holds: at least one 24+ month run at a single staffing employer.
- Excellent spoken English — you screen candidates by phone and coach people who do; there will be a live spoken check.
- Fluent with an ATS and modern sourcing (job boards, LinkedIn, licensure/credential basics for US healthcare roles).
- Can work the fixed US night shift long-term with a reliable home setup (quiet room, headset, stable internet, backup power/data).
**Do NOT apply if:** your leadership experience is sourcing/CV-mining teams only (you've never owned submittals-to-fill); you've only coordinated VMS portals or onboarding paperwork; you cannot name specific placements you personally closed; your spoken English isn't strong enough to screen US healthcare professionals; or you can't commit to the fixed US night shift.
Why us: you run the whole delivery engine, not a slice of it — direct line to the founder, real authority over strategy and (as volume grows) your own team, competitive base plus a placement-linked bonus so your fills pay you, fully remote, long-term.
## APPLICATION QUESTIONS
1. The delivery team you led: company, your title, team headcount, what the team was measured on, and its typical submittals + placements per month. What part did you personally still recruit on?
2. Name ONE placement you PERSONALLY closed in the last 2 years — job title, US state, salary, and how you found the candidate. *(Most important question — real specifics; we verify on the call.)*
3. Your longest single tenure at one staffing employer: company + number of months.
4. A US client gives you a hard-to-fill job: CT Technologist in Colorado, 9 candidates already submitted by others, none hired. In 4–6 sentences: your fill strategy, step by step.
5. Can you commit to a FIXED US night shift (~9:00 PM–6:00 AM PHT), Mon–Fri, long-term? (Yes/No + any constraint) And your home setup: internet speed, headset, quiet room, backup power/internet?
6. Current/most-recent monthly pay (PHP or USD), earliest start date, and a **30–60 sec voice intro** (link) introducing yourself as if opening a screening call with a US radiologic technologist.
