JOB OVERVIEW

The Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Temp division, supporting the end-to-end journey of nurses and carers from initial contact through to compliance and placement readiness.
Your responsibilities will include pre-screening and interviewing candidates, supporting nurses through their compliance and onboarding process, and acting as a key point of contact to ensure a positive and timely experience. You will work closely with our internal compliance team, join regular pipeline meetings with Sydney-based stakeholders, and be trained across our full compliance process to provide back-up cover when needed.

You will be working with systems including Bullhorn, Entire OnHire, and a range of AI tools to manage your workflow efficiently.

Skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high volume of candidates simultaneously.
Clear and professional communication skills — both written and verbal.
A genuine focus on delivering a positive experience for every candidate you work with.
Collaborative and comfortable working within a fast-paced, busy team.
Ability to pick up new systems and tools quickly.
Initiative and good decision-making skills.
Experience in recruitment or healthcare is preferred but not required.
Prior experience supporting Australian clients or working within an Australian business environment is highly regarded.
Hours are aligned to AEST business hours, with shift start times varying between 5:30am and 10:30am PHT depending on business needs. Extensive training will be provided, including ongoing guidance and support from the Sydney team.

**Australian experience is preferred and will be priorities but not necessarily essential**
