JOB OVERVIEW

About the role. 4AllFamily is building out its customer support team with agents based in Albania. This role runs the hiring funnel end to end, working directly with the COO, who handles Albanian-language sourcing and local market judgement. You own process, volume, and candidate experience. Apart from the Albanian recruiting process, there will be a combination of international recruits from the Philippines.

What you will do. Screen incoming CVs against defined criteria and maintain a candidate tracker. Conduct written and spoken English fluency assessments. Manage interview scheduling through Calendly, including reschedules and no-show follow-up. Send acknowledgement, rejection, and offer correspondence in professional English. Chase unresponsive candidates and keep the pipeline moving. Coordinate logistics for the four-week online onboarding, including scheduling, materials distribution, and attendance tracking. Report weekly on pipeline metrics — applications received, screened, interviewed, offered.

What we are looking for. Two or more years in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition, ideally in BPO or call centre hiring. Excellent written and spoken English, since you will be assessing it in others. Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive outreach and frequent rejections. Organised and self-directed, able to work without close supervision. Reliable internet and a dedicated workspace.

Working arrangement. Fully remote. Some overlap with Central European Time required for handover with the COO.
