As a Caregiver Recruiting & Sourcing VA, you will play a vital role in helping our organization recruit, screen, and coordinate qualified caregiver candidates. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to provide exceptional care by ensuring we maintain a strong pipeline of top-quality caregivers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

*Candidate Sourcing

Post caregiver job ads on Facebook, Indeed, and other job boards
Source qualified caregiver candidates through online platforms and referrals
Build and maintain a pipeline of caregiver applicants
Respond to candidate inquiries in a timely manner

*Candidate Screening

Review applications and resumes
Conduct initial phone screenings
Verify caregiver experience, availability, and qualifications
Assess communication skills and overall fit for the position
Recommend qualified candidates for interviews

*Interview Coordination

Schedule interviews with recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers
Send interview invitations and reminders
Confirm candidate attendance
Follow up on missed interviews and rescheduling requests

*Recruitment Administration
Maintain accurate applicant records and tracking spreadsheets
Update candidate statuses throughout the hiring process
Document screening notes and recruitment activities
Assist with onboarding document collection when needed
Ensure recruitment data is organized and up to date

*Reporting and Follow-Up
Track applications, screenings, interviews, and hires
Generate recruitment reports and hiring updates
Follow up with candidates regarding next steps
Help maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, or recruiting is preferred but not required.
