JOB OVERVIEW

???? About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiting Research & Sourcing Assistant to support our recruiting work for Silicon Valley–based technology companies.

This is a list-building and research role, not a sales or cold-calling role.
You will help identify and build lists of potential candidates for roles in:
• Go-To-Market (Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Partnerships)
• Product Management
• Software Engineering
We will provide extensive training, templates, and clear instructions. You do not need deep recruiting experience — we are looking for someone who is smart, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
• Searching for candidates on LinkedIn (using LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator, or Recruiter if available)
• Building candidate lists based on specific criteria (role, company, location, seniority)
• Using Boolean search strings to refine LinkedIn searches
• Researching companies by industry, size, and location
• Using ChatGPT to:
• Identify competitor companies
• Understand job titles and role differences
• Expand target company lists
• Organizing candidate data clearly in Google Sheets
• Following written instructions and feedback precisely
• Improving speed and accuracy over time as training progresses
? What We’re Looking For

Required
• Strong written English
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable doing online research
• Familiarity with LinkedIn (searching profiles, reading job titles)
• Ability to follow step-by-step instructions
• Reliable internet connection
• Willingness to learn and improve

Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or LinkedIn Recruiter
• Familiarity with business roles such as:
• Sales
• Product Manager
• Engineer
• Revenue Operations
• Experience with Boolean search logic
• Experience working with US-based clients
• Experience with Google Sheets or Excel
