JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Resume Screener and also a Resume Screening Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating incoming resumes for a variety of job positions. Your primary task will be to qualify or disqualify candidates based on their prior experience, answers to questions, location, and skill sets that align with employers' needs. This position requires someone with strong attention to detail, a keen eye for spotting key qualifications, and the ability to work efficiently in a very high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Review and assess incoming resumes to ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Evaluate candidates based on their experience, answers to questions, location, and relevant skills
• Consistently maintain a high level of accuracy in identifying qualified applicants.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure alignment between job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Manage a high volume of resumes while ensuring quality and consistency in evaluations.

Requirements:
**CANDIDATE NEEDS TO BE 100% FLUENT IN SPEAKING, READING AND WRITING ENGLISH**
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot key qualifications quickly.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of resumes.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in resume screening or recruitment in the US is a MUST
• Able to work 6 days per week during EST/eastern standard time hours
• Proficiency in Job Websites such as ZipRecruiter, Indeed, etc.
