JOB OVERVIEW

The role
We are scaling virtual receptionist pods across new clients and we need a recruiting engine, not
one-off hires. You own the entire people pipeline: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers,
onboarding, and the HR admin that keeps it all clean. If we sign a client on Monday, you have a
qualified pod shortlist by Friday

What you'll do
• Own end-to-end recruiting for virtual receptionist, account management and support roles
• Build and maintain a warm bench of pre-screened, voice-tested VR candidates so we never
start a search from zero
• Write and post job ads across the right platforms; manage the ATS and the candidate funnel
• Run phase-1 screening (CV, voice test, English, internet/workspace check, reference checks)
and prepare a clean shortlist for final-round interviews with leadership
• Own onboarding: contracts, systems access, training schedule, 30/60/90-day checkpoints
• Own HR admin: personnel files, PTO and schedule records, attendance, performance
documentation, offboarding
• Report weekly on time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-accept rate, 90-day retention

What we're looking for
• 5+ years recruiting experience, including high-volume hiring of remote/offshore talent
(Philippines, LATAM or similar)
• You have personally run hundreds of interviews and can judge phone presence in minutes
• Experience owning onboarding and HR administration, not just sourcing
• Organized to a fault — an ATS or tracker that is always current, and candidates who never
go dark on you
• Excellent English, both written and spoken; comfortable representing a US brand to
candidates
• Bonus: BPO, healthcare staffing or agency hiring background


Compensation
• Benchmark range $2,000–$4,000/month depending on region and experience, plus a per-
successful-hire bonus tied to 90-day retention
• Full-time, long-term. You will build this function from the ground up and own it.
