We are hiring an experienced E-Commerce Customer Service Recruiting Manager for our 8 Figure ECOM brand
You must have real experience in both:
1. hiring customer service reps and building rep pipelines FOR ECOM brands
2. managing customer service teams
This role is for someone who can build a pipeline of quality support talent, we need someone with the capability of hiring 100+ reps over 3 -5 months, hire fast without lowering standards, and help manage a growing e-commerce customer support team.
We are NOT looking for a generic recruiter or a traditional call center manager. We want someone who understands e-commerce support, including refunds, chargebacks, order issues, subscriptions, escalations, and high-volume ticket environments.
You should have experience with:
hiring customer service reps end to end
managing CS reps and team leads
building sourcing pipelines
onboarding and training
KPIs like SLA, response time, resolution time, CSAT, QA, refund rate
e-commerce platforms and support tools
