JOB OVERVIEW

Two Days/Week
9am to 6pm US Time

Candidate who can assist with recruiting, candidate engagement, scheduling in office interviews and the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.
Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and career goals.
Understand each candidate's preferences, including schedule, location.
Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate phone interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications:
Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong active listening and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable following recruiting scripts while adapting conversations naturally.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
