About Us:
We are a pioneering startup dedicated to transforming the landscape of autism diagnosis through remote evaluations. Our mission is to provide accessible, comprehensive, and accurate autism diagnostic services to individuals and families, regardless of their location. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our innovative team.
Position Overview:

You’ll be the bridge between our team leads and high-potential candidates, helping ensure that every new hire reflects our values of empathy, innovation, and quality care. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer negotiation—with a strong emphasis on behavioral health, telehealth, and operational roles.
The Process:
As part of our interview process, you will be asked to give a short presentation, so please apply only if you are comfortable doing this. Since we receive a large number of applications, we’d also like you to include three things in your message:
1. Why this role seems like a good fit for you.
2. A brief overview of your background.
3. The result of subtracting 5 from 17.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the recruiting process for non clinical roles
-Assist the recruiting process for clinical roles (e.g., psychologists, speech therapists, care coordinators)
-Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and define ideal candidate profiles.
-Source talent via job boards, social platforms, college networks, community outreach and phone communications
-Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess cultural fit and qualifications.
-Present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely, organized manner.
-Ensure consistent communication with candidates to create a thoughtful, professional experience.
-Maintain accurate applicant tracking data.
-Assist with onboarding and new hire transitions.
-Participate in the development of recruiting strategies and best practices in a startup environment.
Qualifications
-Prior experience in healthcare or clinical recruitment (preferred)
-Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with healthcare licensure types (e.g., psychologists, BCBAs, SLPs, LCSWs)
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Resourceful and able to manage multiple openings independently
-Comfortable using ATS systems and recruitment platforms
-Private, professional home office setup
-Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
