JOB OVERVIEW

Job Posting & Sourcing
- Post and manage job listings across internal and external job boards, ensuring all postings comply with relevant federal and local requirements
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, communities, LinkedIn, social media, direct outreach, and referrals
- Keep all postings up to date and accurate; remove, refresh, or repost as needed based on pipeline status
- Maintain a warm pool of pre-screened candidates so active roles can be filled without starting from zero

Screening & Interview Coordination
- Conduct initial screening of applicants: resume review, application responses, and first-round evaluation against role criteria defined by the Senior Recruitment Manager
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers; ensure all parties have the right information, materials, and context in advance
- Assist in the preparation of interview questions, scoring rubrics, and evaluation materials in collaboration with the Senior Recruitment Manager
- Administer trial tasks to shortlisted candidates; track submissions, flag issues, and compile results for evaluation
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records throughout the hiring process

Offer & Onboarding Support
- Collaborate with the Senior Recruitment Manager and seniors, YouTube producers during the offer process, including -
- flagging salary benchmarks, proposed start dates, and offer details for review
- Coordinate offer communications with selected candidates and manage responses
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires: checklists, first-day setup, document collection, and handoff to the relevant team lead

Must Have
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination with measurable results
- Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously without losing track of candidates or timelines
- Strong sourcing skills: you know how to find candidates across job boards, communities, and direct outreach — not just wait for applications
- Solid screening instincts: you can evaluate whether a candidate is worth moving forward, not just check that boxes are ticked
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail — pipeline tracking, scheduling, and follow-ups are error-free
- Fast, reliable communicator with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Self-managing: you do not need daily direction to know what needs to be done

Nice to Have
- Experience hiring for YouTube, media production, or creative/content roles
- Familiarity with remote and globally distributed team hiring
