JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Recruiter VA to help set up and support a new recruitment startup from the ground up. This is a remote role with ongoing work as the business grows.

Initially, the role will focus on building systems rather than servicing clients. This includes candidate sourcing, building and cleaning databases, setting up and maintaining Airtable (CareConnect), creating location based worker lists, testing workflows, and supporting general recruitment admin. As clients come on, the role will naturally shift into active recruiter support and shortlist preparation.

Requirements.
Experience as a recruiter VA or recruitment admin.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow and build processes.
Comfortable working in a startup environment with changing priorities.
Experience with Airtable or similar tools is highly preferred.
Confident using LinkedIn, job boards, CRMs, and spreadsheets.
Strong written English and professional communication.

Hours are flexible, part time to start, with potential to increase as the business scales. This role suits someone who enjoys building systems from scratch and growing with a startup.
