We're looking for a professional Recruiter / Interview Specialist to become an important part of our team.

This is a long-term position with opportunities for advancement as our company continues to grow.

About the Role

As a Recruiter, you'll be the first person potential agents speak with. Your job is to conduct phone interviews, evaluate candidates, determine whether they're a good fit for Thryve Life, and guide qualified candidates through the next steps of our onboarding process.

Because you'll be speaking with professionals across the United States, excellent spoken English is required.

If you're confident on the phone, enjoy talking with people, and have strong communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled phone interviews with prospective insurance agents
Ask qualifying questions and determine if candidates meet our standards
Explain our opportunity clearly and professionally
Answer basic questions about our program
Take detailed interview notes
Update candidate information in our CRM
Follow up with qualified applicants
Schedule next steps when appropriate
Communicate with the management team regarding candidate status
Requirements
Exceptional spoken and written English
Clear, professional, and confident phone voice
Comfortable conducting interviews over the phone
Excellent communication and listening skills
Strong organizational skills
Reliable high-speed internet
Quiet home office with minimal background noise
Computer with headset and webcam
Ability to work United States business hours (Eastern Time)
Able to learn quickly and follow established processes
