JOB OVERVIEW

Whole Hearted Home Care is a fast-growing, family-owned home-care company serving seniors. We are building a strong, reliable caregiver team — and we need someone who can help lead our recruiting and hiring efforts.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-starting, high-energy Recruiter and Hiring Manager (based in the Philippines) who can run the hiring pipeline from start to finish and support a smooth onboarding experience for new staff.

Position Overview

You will manage the full recruitment and hiring process, including:
Reviewing applicants
Interviewing candidates
Making hiring recommendations/decisions
Coordinating next steps
Supporting new hires through onboarding
Keeping everything organized inside Notion
We want someone who can work independently, stays organized, and brings positive energy to a fast-paced, high-activity role.

Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Hiring
Review and screen applicants
Conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with our team on hiring decisions
Maintain an organized candidate pipeline
Communicate professionally and promptly with applicants
Keep the hiring process moving quickly and smoothly

Onboarding Support
Guide new hires through the general onboarding steps
Coordinate with internal tea ---------- mbers
Make sure new hires understand expectations and next steps
Keep onboarding information organized and updated

Organization & Communication
Track candidates and onboarding progress in Notion
Keep records organized and up to date
Communicate clearly, positively, and consistently
Work both independently and as part of our team

What We’re Looking For
Detail-oriented self-starter
Strong English communication skills
Positive energy and professionalism
Ability to work independently or in a team
Comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Strong organization and follow-up skills
Reliable internet connection
Comfortable with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, and basic communication platforms
(Specific tool experience is a bonus, not a requirement — we will train you.)
