About Us

We're a growing cleaning company based in Arizona, built on trust, hard work, and doing right by the people we work with. As we expand, we're looking for someone driven who wants to grow right along with us — in a workplace with real support, clear communication, and a team that shows up for each other.

We're growing our cleaning team and need someone who is very friendly with good judgment who can own the entire hiring process — from first phone call to completing the onboarding. Our culture is friendly sowe really need the first voice people meet to reflect that :)

Start date: September 1 or sooner

What you'll do

- Source and reach out to cleaner candidates (phone-first — you'll have a regular call quota)
- Find candidates through platforms like Nextdoor, Facebook Groups, Indeed, and similar channels
- Record initial candidate calls on Quo and flag your top recommendations for owner review and approval
- Once approved, schedule and run a second interview on Zoom to walk candidates through the role
- Coordinate background checks
- Send onboarding paperwork and training materials, and confirm everything actually gets completed, not just sent
- Handle full onboarding, start to finish
- Use good judgment to bring on cleaners who are friendly, driven, and a great fit for our team

Trial week
