JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Job Ad Copy Writer/Creator-Become Part of a team creating, posting and maintaining thousands of US Based Job Ads,

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented creative writing professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for writing compelling self- created ads for various job board websites. Your primary task will be to self- create new fresh compelling ad copy daily (Not looking for an AI Copy Cat) You will need to always be analyzing the market and geographical areas ads are being posted in so you can create ads that will attract high quality and high quantity of candidates for all types of positions. This position requires someone with strong attention to detail, a keen sense of how to create effective ad copy that will attract a high volume of quality candidates, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Work Scope:
• Self-Create job ads daily
• Write compelling, original ad copy and job titles that attract quality candidates(Not looking for a Chat PGT Copy and Paster)
• Regularly update and optimize existing ads to maximize visibility
• Maintain and manage our ad tracking system/database to ensure performance
• Monitor ad performance and flag underperforming campaigns for revision

Qualifications:
• Experience with creating and posting jobs on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.
• Experience writing catchy, clear, and professional ad copy
• Have strong attention to detail and are organized with data
• Understand how to identify and attract the right type of candidates
• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Tech-savvy and familiar with spreadsheets or job ad management tools

Important:
• Prior experience in recruiting focused on ad creation and posting a high volume of ads daily in the US Market is a MUST
• Understanding of SEO or keyword optimization for job postings is a MUST
