Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Driver Screening Specialist to conduct Zoom interviews with potential delivery drivers. In this role, you will evaluate candidates' communication skills, English proficiency, and ability to handle the tasks required for a successful delivery driver role. Additionally, you may assist with onboarding new drivers and provide support for various operational tasks, helping to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations.

Driver Screening:
- Conduct Zoom interviews to screen potential drivers for our lunch delivery service.
- Assess candidates' English language skills, including speaking, reading, and comprehension.
- Evaluate candidates’ ability to navigate delivery apps and accurately handle orders.
- Ensure candidates demonstrate professionalism in both communication and appearance.

Onboarding & Operational Support:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new drivers, ensuring they understand the company’s systems and expectations.
- Provide ongoing support for drivers as they begin their roles, offering guidance or troubleshooting assistance.
- Assist with operational tasks such as order management, scheduling, and tracking deliveries as needed.
- Help identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for hiring decisions based on your assessments.

Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience in customer service or similar roles preferred.
- Ability to assess candidates’ language proficiency and professionalism.
- Comfortable using Zoom for virtual interviews.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in delivery or logistics is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to multitask and assist with operational tasks as needed.
