Job Title: Recruiter – Cold Calling Setup
Location: Remote

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven Recruiter with a strong background in cold calling to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable initiating conversations with potential candidates via phone, qualifying leads, and effectively communicating job opportunities. This role plays a crucial part in building a strong candidate pipeline and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively source candidates through cold calling, online job platforms, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, interest level, and availability.
• Educate and inform candidates about job opportunities, company culture, and next steps in the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records and candidate information using recruitment platforms (e.g., Ricochet, ATS).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews in alignment with hiring managers' availability.
• Follow up with no-show candidates and reschedule when necessary.
• Collaborate with the recruitment and training teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Provide regular reports and updates on candidate pipelines and recruitment activity.
• Mange client’s Indeed and set appointment using Calendly

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in recruitment, telesales, or outbound calling is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
