Sales and Marketing Recruiting

We are building a sales force for a software app company, and we need someone to find the people.

The Job,
Recruit salespeople for a commission-based position, from any source you can find — Facebook groups, affiliate forums, Reddit, ---------- , Telegram, other job boards, your own network. Wherever they are.

You find them, you screen them, and you filter out the ones who are not serious. We only want to speak to people who are ready to work. Finding where the good ones are is part of the job, not something we hand you.

What you earn

$250 USD per month base pay— paid whether or not anyone joins that month
Plus $2 USD every month for every customer brought in by a salesperson you recruited, for as long as that customer keeps paying.

The salespeople you recruit earn a recurring monthly commission on every customer they sign. Your $2 comes from us, not from them.

At 50 customers across your recruits that is $100 a month on top of your base. At 200 it is $400 a month, and it keeps coming every month they stay. No cap.

Part-time, around 20 hours a week, your own schedule.

Who we want.......

Good written English. Experience recruiting or sourcing people online, or in affiliate marketing. Organized, dependable, able to work without being managed.
