About the Role
We’re looking for an upbeat, professional recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced staffing agency environment. This role is focused on high-volume candidate screening and onboarding support—keeping our pipeline moving, ensuring candidates are qualified, responsive, and ready to start.
You’ll be working alongside our internal team to help deliver a great candidate experience while meeting tight timelines and client needs.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Screen candidates quickly and professionally via phone/video (experience, job fit, pay expectations, availability, reliability)
Review resumes and applications and move qualified candidates through the process with urgency
Conduct reference checks and basic pre-qualification steps (as required per role/client)
Coordinate onboarding tasks including collecting required documents, confirming start details, and ensuring candidates are fully cleared to begin
Maintain accurate candidate notes and status updates in our ATS/CRM and communicate progress to the recruiting team
Schedule interviews and follow-ups and keep candidates engaged to reduce no-shows and drop-off
Support job posting and sourcing efforts as needed (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
Represent our agency professionally—clear communication, strong follow-through, and a positive tone with every candidate interaction

Fast turnaround on screening (same-day whenever possible)
High-quality submissions that match role requirements
Clean onboarding files with minimal back-and-forth
Strong candidate communication that reduces ghosting/no-shows
Consistent activity and pipeline movement throughout the day
Requirements
2+ years of recruiting experience (staffing agency/high-volume preferred)
Confident phone presence and strong screening instincts
Organized, responsive, and comfortable juggling multiple open roles at once
Able to work Central Standard time hours consistently (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm with 1-hour lunch)
Strong written communication (text/email follow-ups, candidate instructions, status updates)
Comfortable working in an ATS/CRM and keeping detailed notes
