JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a sharp, results-driven recruiter who already knows how to win on split-fee recruiting marketplaces like Reflik and RecruitiFi. This isn't an entry-level sourcing role — we need someone who understands how these platforms work, can move fast on live job orders, and knows how to get candidates submitted, interviewed, and placed before the competition does.

If you've worked split-fee/contingency search before and know the hustle of racing other recruiters to the best candidates, this is for you.

What You'll Do:

Actively source, screen, and submit qualified candidates on Reflik, RecruitiFi, and similar split-fee marketplaces
Monitor open job orders daily and prioritize based on fee potential, urgency, and fit
Build and maintain a personal pipeline/database of strong candidates (IT, healthcare, finance, and other in-demand fields) for reuse across multiple job orders
Conduct initial phone/video screens to vet skills, experience, and salary expectations before submission
Write clean, compelling candidate submission summaries that get hiring managers to say yes
Track submissions, interviews, and placements to hit weekly/monthly targets
Communicate proactively — this is a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in contingency, agency, or split-fee recruiting
Direct experience with Reflik, RecruitiFi, or similar marketplace platforms is strongly preferred
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, ATS tools)
Excellent written and spoken English — you'll be communicating with U.S.-based hiring managers and candidates
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight
Comfortable working U.S. business hours (or a significant overlap)
Competitive, money-motivated mindset — you understand that speed and quality both drive commission
