JOB OVERVIEW

Work From Home

Weekly Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern Time (1 hour unpaid lunch and two paid 15-minute breaks)

Pay: 240 PHP per hour + Recurring monthly 3% commission of gross profit from every hire

Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication (Sound American)
- Experience handling the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing strategies and job platforms.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Attention to detail
- Reliable in attendance
- Strong internet with a professional work from home setup.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Screening and endorsing applicants
- Hosting client interviews
- Sending out contracts to new hires & clients
- Onboarding new hires
- Administrative tasks
