JOB OVERVIEW

Seniors Helping Seniors Mid-South Georgia is looking for an enthusiastic recruiter to help guide our caregiver recruiting efforts! This position will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and finalizing the caregivers who will become the lifeblood of our amazing growing senior in home care agency.
We are an agency that believes that every senior deserves a dignified experience, and our company was actually founded by a woman who was trained by Mother Theresa. Our agency's vision is Love in Abundance.
That said, it's hard to find a great caregiver. Caregivers range in experience - they can be HHAs, PCAs, CNAs, or even LPNs or RNs, but they all have one thing in common: They can be evasive, busy, distracted by other companies who may be tried to recruit them. And often they are on tight budgets, so they are looking for the opportunity that hires them first. We need this person to be tenacious, kind, detail oriented to help candidates make it through the recruiting funnel quickly and efficiently.

A great recruiter will be responsible for:
Sending letters to source great clients - CNA Schools, Career Fairs, Church leadership, military bases, etc.
Conducting interviews
Following screening guidelines and fitting the culture of the agency
Inviting candidates to our weekly orientations
Ensuring that each candidate has submitted onboarding documentation and has completing a background check. This will require follow up calls and text messages + emails.
Meeting with agency leadership daily for any necessary follow up calls
