What You'll Be Doing:
Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls promptly and professionally.
Provide a warm and professional first point of contact for clients and customers.
Identify the reason for each call and direct enquiries to the appropriate team member.
Take accurate messages and ensure they are passed on promptly.
Handle basic customer enquiries and provide relevant information where appropriate.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and client meetings.
Follow up on messages, enquiries, and outstanding calls when required.
Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, and client information.
Liaise with the wider team to ensure customer enquiries are handled efficiently.
Assist with basic administrative tasks and data entry as required.
Support the team with general administrative and customer service duties.
You should be:
Have at least 1–2 years of experience in reception, customer service, call handling, administration, or a similar role.
Have experience handling inbound calls, ideally in a busy or high-volume environment.
Have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Be confident speaking clearly and professionally over the telephone.
Have a warm, friendly, and professional telephone manner.
Be able to remain calm, organised, and helpful when handling multiple calls and enquiries.
Have good listening skills and the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
Be confident taking accurate messages and maintaining records.
Be comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
Be reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
Be a strong team player who understands the importance of providing an excellent customer experience.

You're someone who enjoys speaking to people and can remain professional and helpful even when the phone is busy. You understand that for many customers, you're their first interaction with Clark & Wright, so you know how important it is to create a positive first impression.
You can quickly understand why someone is calling, take accurate information, and make sure their enquiry reaches the right person without anything being missed.
We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the phone line, stay organised under pressure, and ensure our customers receive a prompt and professional response.
Working Hours & Commitment:
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK Time, Monday to Friday (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM PH Time)
Break: 30-minute paid lunch break
Employment: Full-time only
Technical Requirements:
1. Computer
Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
Windows: Intel Core i5 processor or higher.
Mac: Apple M1 chip or higher.
2. Audio
Good-quality headset suitable for professional telephone calls and meetings.
3. Internet
Stable primary internet connection.
Backup internet source, such as a secondary ISP or reliable mobile hotspot.
