JOB OVERVIEW

Supreme Escrow, Inc. is seeking a highly professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Remote Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients, lenders, brokers, title companies, and other business partners.

The ideal candidate must have excellent spoken and written English, a professional telephone presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while working independently in a remote environment.

Because this position represents our company to clients and business partners, the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously in English is essential.

Because this is a remote position, the successful candidate must:
Have a quiet and professional work environment free from excessive background noise.
Maintain reliable high-speed internet and dependable telephone service.
Be available and responsive during scheduled working hours.
Maintain professional telephone etiquette throughout the workday.
Be comfortable working independently and communicating with the office electronically and by telephone.
