JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a Real Estate Marketing & Operations Specialist for my growing Realtor business. I really am looking for someone who is highly skilled with SEO, online ads, lead generation, marketing campaigns, and advertising. The primary focus of this role is marketing and advertising to drive business growth, leads, and brand awareness. You will receive on boarding and training in the business specific systems and practices. However, because the business is fluid, this role will eventually also expand into administrative organization, basic bookkeeping, and transaction coordination. I am looking for someone who excellent with advertising, SEO and running marketing campaigns. If you love variety, possess strong integrity, and enjoy building systems, this role offers excellent long term growth and upside!
Having experience and skills with SEO, Canva, Google Business/Ads, Adobe, Buffer, Square Space, KV Core, Skyslope, MLS, Gimbal, Mailpro, Xero Bookkeeping, social media management, content creation, website deign, lead funneling, CRM management, paperwork, scheduling, and graphic design are fundamental to this job. Being a highly organized person is very important as you will be overseeing many different accounts and systems. Having experience with marketing, SEO, and lead generation for a Realtor business is ideal. This is a full time 40 hours a week position that has long term growth potential and upside.
