We are seeking a highly experienced, full-time Real Estate Assistant to join our U.S.-based real estate team. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already understands the language, process, and daily demands of working in real estate—specifically U.S. Florida residential sales.
You must have years of experience in real estate operations, client communications, lead follow-up, cold calling, and CRM management. If you’ve helped other agents close dozens (or hundreds) of deals, managed their pipeline, and kept everything running behind the scenes—we want to talk to you.
This is a leadership-level support role. You should know this job well enough to work independently, solve problems on your own, and even teach us new ways to improve our workflow.
Responsibilities:
Make and receive calls with buyers and sellers (must speak excellent English with clear, neutral accent)
Conduct cold calling and lead follow-up to generate appointments and nurture leads
Use and manage CRM systems (like KVCore, FollowUp Boss, etc.)
Handle all communication with leads, from inquiry to showing to contract
Set appointments, qualify prospects, and pass ready clients to the agent
Assist with listing management, paperwork, MLS entries, and scheduling
Track leads, follow up consistently, and close for appointments
Monitor transaction timelines and ensure tasks are on track
Prepare pre-listing packages and CMA reports if needed
Provide updates and professional communication to clients as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4-5 years experience working in U.S. residential real estate
Fluent, professional-level spoken and written English
Experience in cold calling, converting leads, and lead nurturing
Knowledge of U.S. real estate terms, processes, and documents
Ability to work U.S. business hours (EST or CST preferred)
Extremely reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Must be comfortable speaking to clients on the phone daily
Preferred (But Not Required):
Real estate license (U.S. or Philippines)
Familiarity with MLS systems, transaction coordination platforms, or U.S. title and escrow procedures
Experience managing teams or training others
Work Hours & Compensation:
Full-time position (40 hrs/week), long-term opportunity
Must be available during U.S. business hours
