Our business is focused on sales, marketing, and lead generation. We’re looking for a super talented, charismatic and persuasive individual to help us grow our Social Media footprint for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok (and others where you see fit). Your friends might describe you as being ambitious, positive, and determined.

What’s In It For You
1. Paid training for the first month at PHP20,000.
2. After training, monthly on target earnings including bonuses range between PHP30,000 – 40,000 plus bonuses (PHP50,000 on target earnings).
3. High earning potential with uncapped bonuses.

Your Key Tasks And Responsibilities
1. Driving organic growth of visitors to our ---------- website which is tracked through Google Analytics GA4
2. Create high-converting posts, shorts, reels, etc to drive more website traffic using our high quality images
3. Create weekly email marketing mail outs and build nurture campaigns for our existing database of clients.
4. Send daily and monthly reports.

Must Haves
1. Minimum 3 years prior experience in social media marketing, preferably from the real estate or banking industry.
2. Speak, read, and write English at a proficient level.
3. Proven proficiency in social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
4. Proven ability in creating high-end email marketing campaigns.
5. Burning desire to succeed and earn bonuses.
6. Confident in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets. Preferably some experience in using CRMs.
7. Commit to a minimum 40-50 hour work week between Monday to Friday from 10am to 9pm AEST.
8. Minimum Intel Core i5 system or equivalent.
9. Reliable wired internet connection and stable electricity.
10. Noise cancelling headset with microphone.
11. Quiet working environment with no background noise or distractions.
