JOB OVERVIEW

**Job Title: Cold Calling Virtual Assistant (Real Estate Wholesaling)**

We are seeking a motivated and professional Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to join our real estate wholesaling team. This role focuses on contacting property sellers, managing lead information, and contributing to overall deal flow.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct outbound cold calls to property sellers using a CRM system
* Accurately manage and update leads within the CRM
* Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, lead quality, and conversions
* Communicate confidently and professionally with potential sellers
* Maintain organization and consistency in daily outreach efforts

**Qualifications:**

* Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
* Confident, professional phone presence
* Experience using CRM systems
* Highly organized with the ability to track and manage KPIs
* Previous experience working with U.S.-based clients or in the U.S. real estate market is preferred
* Self-motivated, reliable, and dedicated

**Compensation:**

* Commission-based incentives ranging from $1,500 to $3,000 USD per closed deal, in addition to base pay (if applicable)
