JOB OVERVIEW

We're a growing U.S. real estate wholesale business looking for a full-time Real Estate Wholesale Operations Manager to run our day-to-day operations and keep deals moving from lead to close.

What you'll do:
- Own our CRM and deal pipeline: keep leads, follow-ups and deal stages clean and up to date
- Coordinate transactions from contract to close (title, buyers, sellers, deadlines)
- Manage vendors and support disposition activities
- Build, document and improve SOPs and workflows
- Hold a small team accountable to KPIs and daily tasks
- Report weekly on key numbers (leads, offers, contracts, closings)

What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in U.S. real estate wholesaling or investing operations
- Hands-on experience with real estate CRMs (e.g., REsimpli, Podio, GoHighLevel, Follow Up Boss, InvestorFuse)
- Strong systems and process mindset; experience writing SOPs
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Organized, proactive and comfortable owning results
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, with hours overlapping U.S. Central Time.
This is a long-term role with room to grow.
