JOB OVERVIEW

A growing US real estate investment company is hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant who is sharp, organized, and ready to take ownership of critical back-end operations. If you thrive in a structured environment and love keeping things running smoothly — this role is for you.

Your responsibilities:
Conduct property due diligence including county records, title research, and data verification
Reach out to county offices and real estate agents to collect required documents
Coordinate transactions — track timelines and keep deal files organized
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense categorization in Excel or QuickBooks

We are looking for someone who is:
Extremely organized with a sharp eye for detail
Comfortable making calls and following up confidently
Proactive — you document issues and raise concerns without waiting to be told
Available 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine time)

Role Details:
$640 – $800/month based on experience
Full-time, fully remote
