We are looking for a reliable and motivated Virtual Assistant to help generate seller leads for a growing real estate business operating in Virginia, Georgia, and Maryland.
The primary responsibility will be calling property owners and identifying homeowners interested in selling their homes, particularly probate, inherited, expired listing, and distressed property leads.
This role is ideal for someone with excellent English communication skills and experience speaking with homeowners by phone.
Responsibilities
• Call property owners using provided lead lists
• Follow a script to identify homeowners interested in selling
• Ask qualifying questions about the property and motivation to sell
• Enter notes into CRM
• Schedule appointments for the real estate agent
• Track call outcomes (no answer, not interested, follow-up, etc.)
• Maintain organized records of leads

Requirements
• Excellent spoken English
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Experience with cold calling or appointment setting
• Organized and reliable
• Real estate experience is a plus but not required
Compensation
• Hourly pay or per-appointment bonus
