Job Description:
We are hiring for the position of Inside Sales Agent. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will work remotely and be responsible for speaking with homeowners, making offers to homeowners, negotiating deals to get our offers accepted, and diligently following up to close sales efficiently. Your role will involve contacting potential sellers, collecting the required information, and inputting it into our CRM system.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and send email communications to manage real estate buying and selling opportunities.
- Make offers to potential sellers and negotiate terms to get offers accepted.
- Proactively follow up on all leads and negotiations to ensure deal closure.
- Utilize effective sales strategies and scripts to overcome objections and convey our company's value proposition.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and negotiations in our CRM system.
- Coordinate with other tea ---------- mbers to ensure seamless transaction processes.

Qualifications:

- Extensive Sales and Real Estate Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, with a strong background in real estate negotiations.

- Proactive and Driven: Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of consistently achieving sales targets.

- Technologically Proficient: Experienced with CRM systems and quick to learn new technologies and tools.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills, with the ability to maintain detailed records of all interactions and negotiations.
- Problem Solver: Able to handle objections and rejections with a positive attitude, and navigate challenging negotiations effectively.
- Script Maximization: Proficient in utilizing sales scripts to overcome objections and convey our company's value proposition.
- Call Center or VA Experience: Previous experience in call center or virtual assistant roles is preferred, but not required.
Documentation Skills: Proficient in documentation and writing.

System Requirements:
- Reliable high-speed laptop or desktop computer.
- DSL Internet connection with a minimum speed of 40 Mbps (speed test will be required).
- Noise-canceling headset.
- A dedicated home office setup in a quiet location.
- Proficient use of Skype and other communication tools.
- Stable internet and power supply without interruptions is a must.

Performance Metrics:
- Talk and obtain info from a certain number of sellers each day, week & month
- Obtain a certain amount of talk time on the phone each day speaking with sellers.
- Successfully get multiple offers accepted each month.
- Consistently follow up and close deals within expected timeframes.

Training:
Upon hiring, comprehensive scripts and training materials will be provided. The training program typically spans approximately three weeks. Initially, you will engage with a series of training videos designed to provide foundational knowledge of our real estate operations. Following this, you will shadow some of our most experienced Virtual Assistants (VAs) to gain a thorough understanding of our processes, systems, scripts, rebuttals, and tasks. Then, our experienced trainer will shadow you for several weeks, offering support and guidance until you are fully prepared to independently manage all tasks.

What We're Not Looking For:
- Limited Availability or Irregular Schedule: We require our tea ---------- mbers to be available during our specified working hours. If you cannot commit to this consistent schedule, we encourage you to explore other opportunities that might better suit your availability.
- Minimal Communication Skills: Candidates who struggle with fluent English communication, both written and verbal, will find it challenging to excel in this position.

- Unfamiliarity with CRMs and Learning New Systems: Candidates who are resistant to or struggle with adapting to new systems might face challenges in efficiently utilizing our CRM software and other tools.
- Inconsistent Internet and Power Supply: Candidates without a consistent high-speed internet connection and a reliable power supply might face interruptions that impact their performance in this role and will not be considered.
- Unprofessional or Disruptive Workspace: Having a dedicated private home office setup in a quiet and distraction-free environment is essential.
- Negative Attitude or Lack of Resilience: We are seeking candidates who can maintain a positive attitude, overcome challenges, and convey our company's values effectively even in the face of adversity.

Pay Rate:
Starting up to $6/hr, with potential performance bonuses. Pay is issued on the 1st and 15th of each month (CST).

Training: Initially, for the first 3 weeks, you will be required to train Monday through Friday during our regular business hours to become acclimated to our processes, systems, and scripts. Following this training period, your role will transition to the part-time weekend schedule which will be Saturday & Sunday 9 am CST - 6 PM CST

Working Hours:
Saturday & Sunday 9 am CST - 6 PM CST. A 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks per shift. Training hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am-6 pm CST, during the initial 3-week period.
