I am a Business Developement manager for a boutique real estate agency in the Sutherland Shire, looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to support with my work flow
This role is focused on turning my content and database into consistent conversations and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CRM & Lead Management
Build daily call lists from CRM, enquiries, and database
Clean, update and tag contacts (investor, buyer, follow-up)
Track conversations and prepare follow-up lists
2. Content Repurposing & Distribution
Turn video content into:
Social media posts (including carousel format)
Blog articles
Email
Write strong:
Hooks
Headlines
Call-to-actions
Schedule and publish content across platforms
3. Newsletter &
Prepare and send weekly investor newsletters (template provided)
Format and structure content clearly
Manage
4. Outreach & Appointment Setting
Send messages to potential referral partners (e.g. mortgage brokers, buyer’s agents)
Follow up conversations
Book meetings into calendar
5. Reporting Support
Prepare weekly investor reports (template provided)
Assist with simple research and data formatting
Requirements:
Excellent written English (very important)
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Experience with CRM systems (real estate experience highly regarded)
Ability to follow clear processes and meet deadlines
Experience in content writing, social media, or
Ability to write engaging hooks and calls-to-action
