JOB OVERVIEW

I’m a real estate agent and team lead in Singapore. I’m looking for a virtual assistant to help me call leads, follow up with clients and handle paperwork for property transactions. This is a long-term role that will move to full-time after an initial paid training period if it is a good fit for both of us.

Phone calls are a key part of the job. You’ll call people who have enquired about a property, follow up with past leads and make cold calls when needed. You’ll ask about their plans, help arrange appointments and keep clear notes so no follow-up is missed.

You’ll also help with daily admin and transaction work. I’ll provide templates and checklists, and train you on my process for Singapore property transactions.

Your work will include:

• Calling leads, following up and booking appointments
• Sending WhatsApp or email follow-ups using agreed wording
• Recording call outcomes and the next step for each lead
• Preparing transaction documents from templates and checking details carefully
• Updating transaction checklists and keeping track of deadlines
• Organising client files in Google Drive
• Helping with scheduling, property listing admin, research and simple Canva tasks

I’m looking for someone who:

• Has experience making cold calls or other outbound sales calls
• Speaks clear English and is confident and natural on the phone
• Listens well and can handle questions or objections calmly
• Is careful with paperwork and keeps client information private
• Is comfortable using Microsoft Word, Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Can learn new processes and follow through without constant reminders
• Has reliable internet and a quiet place to make calls

Canva experience is helpful, but you can learn it on the job. You do not need experience with Singapore property transactions, as I’ll train you on my templates and process.

Hours and pay

We’ll start with a paid training period of 20–25 hours per week for two to four weeks. The plan is to move to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during agreed Singapore business hours if it is a good fit for both of us. The full-time salary range is PHP 30,000–40,000 per month, depending on experience. Pay during the initial training period will be based on the agreed number of hours.
