JOB OVERVIEW

This is a part-time role to start, with room to grow into more hours as we scale.

What you'll do:

Pull and skip-trace your own daily contact lists from provided property data tools, using our target criteria (absentee owners, high equity, tax delinquent, and similar distress signals)
Cold call homeowners from your self-sourced lists
Follow our call script and objection-handling guide, adapting naturally to the conversation
Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, and property condition
Log every call outcome accurately in our CRM
Book qualified appointments directly onto our closer's calendar
Hit daily dial and appointment-setting targets

Requirements:

Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, natural conversational tone (not scripted-sounding)
Previous cold calling / telemarketing / appointment setting experience REQUIRED
US real estate cold calling experience STRONGLY preferred
Comfortable with rejection — most calls will be "no," we need someone who stays positive and consistent
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, working headset
Available 5 hours/day, 3 days/week during US Central Time business hours (specify your available days/hours)
Comfortable learning new tools — you'll be working across a property data platform, a dialer, and our CRM

Nice to have:

Experience with list pulling or skip tracing (PropStream, BatchData, or similar)
Familiarity with real estate terms (motivated seller, ARV, wholesaling, assignment)

Pay: $3/hour base + $8 bonus per qualified appointment set
Hours: Part-time, 5 hours/day, 3 days/week (15 hrs/week)
Start: After brief training
