JOB OVERVIEW

MUST HAVE 2 YEARS of Experience

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support our real estate business. This is a long-term position with room for growth.

Requirements
-Excellent spoken and written English
-Experience in Real Estate - must be familiar with pre-contract to post-closing process
-Strong computer skills
-High-speed, reliable internet connection
-Prior administrative experience

Experience using:
-Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
-Excel / Google Sheets
-Constant Contact (or similar email marketing tools)

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus)
-Canva
-Lofty or other CRM's

Schedule
-Monday–Friday
-8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
-1-hour unpaid break

Compensation
-$400–$500 per week, based on experience
-Paid bi-weekly
-Opportunity for raises and increased responsibility over time

This role is NOT entry-level.
Only apply if you have hands-on real estate VA experience. Training will be provided on our specific platforms and nuances to process but the expectation is that the candidate is already comfortable with the day to day tasks.
