Responsibilities

Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, timeline, and budget to ensure appointment quality
Schedule appointments for real estate agents, ensuring all details are accurate and confirmed with clients
Engage in active listening and provide clear, compelling information about our services to motivate prospects to take action
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation efforts
Maintain excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients, addressing questions professionally and promptly
Qualifications
Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales is preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential
Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients effectively
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools is highly desirable
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a confident and friendly tone
